Digital marketing and communications
Less noise,
more message.
Digora brings together digital marketing and the art of the public word. Carefully considered messages that reach the right people — and an effect that can be measured.
The name and the story
digital+ora=digora.
The name Digora joins digital — the space where every message now lives — with ora, from the Latin oratio: speech, oration, the art of the public word.
Oratio is a discipline as old as public life itself: knowing what to say, to whom, when, and in which tone. Digora carries that discipline into the digital age — from a social-media post to the podium on a stage. The full stop at the end of the name is a statement of intent: the sentence has been considered, delivered and completed.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about social media management
Social media management raises questions about scope, content, timelines and billing. That is why we have gathered the answers to what our clients most often ask before we start working together. If you cannot find what you are looking for, just drop us a line – we are happy to help.
Working together and billing
We usually agree on six months, because that is how long it takes for a strategy to show in the numbers, with the option to extend. If after the first month you feel we are not the right fit, you can end the engagement with fourteen days’ notice. Long-term partners also enjoy more favourable terms.
The service is billed monthly, in advance for the current month: once the contract is signed, you receive a quote payable within seven days. The package price covers everything listed in it – there are no hidden costs. The only separate item is your paid advertising budget, which you set and control yourself. Digora is not in the VAT system, so the listed prices are final.
Yes – with us that is the rule, not the exception. Before each period begins, you receive a content calendar for approval, so nothing is published in your name that you have not seen. The content stays under your control; we shape, align and publish it.
Content
The Digora team. We plan and produce the copy, graphics and Stories in line with your brand’s visual identity. The Business and Pro packages also include photo production, and Pro adds video production, so your content does not depend on the photos you manage to take yourself.
It depends on your industry and goals, but for most brands consistency matters more than volume: three to five posts a week on Instagram and Facebook is a healthy rhythm. That is why the packages are tiered from eight to twenty posts a month, plus short videos. Fewer well-considered posts beat many average ones.
The whole process: from the idea and a short script, through filming and editing with music, text and effects, to adapting the format to the Instagram and TikTok algorithms. You receive a finished video, published in the right format at the right time.
Networks, advertising and results
The ones where your audience is. Instagram serves visually strong brands best, Facebook works for local audiences and consumer sales, and LinkedIn for business customers. At the start of our engagement we analyse your business and audience and recommend the networks where the investment pays off – which is why the packages offer two, three or all relevant networks.
We do. The Business package includes simple campaigns (post promotion), and the Pro package includes full management of Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns: setup, audience targeting, performance tracking and adjustments for the best possible return. You set the ad budget yourself, and it is not included in the package price.
The first improvements in reach and engagement usually appear within a month, but a community that lasts is built through consistent work over three to six months. We do not buy followers or chase quick spikes: we build an organic audience that delivers long-term results.
With the Start and Business packages you receive a monthly report with the key indicators: reach, engagement, follower growth and clicks. The Pro package adds a fortnightly report and regular consulting sessions in which we interpret the numbers together and adjust the strategy. Reports are clear, easy to read and available as PDFs.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before we start working together
We know that building a website raises plenty of questions, especially if it is your first time. That is why we have gathered the answers to our clients’ most common questions in one place – from first steps and costs to maintenance and search engine visibility. If you cannot find what you are looking for, just drop us a line – we are happy to help.
The process
Simply get in touch. A short description of your business and what you want your website to achieve is all we need. In a free consultation, we will agree on the structure, package and timeline together, and then send you a clear quote – with no obligation.
It depends on the package: Start takes five to seven working days, Business ten to fifteen and Pro twenty to twenty-five, counted from the moment you send us your materials – text, photos and logo. For bespoke projects, we agree on the timeline together, based on the scope of the work.
Not at all. We take care of everything technical, and you can later update your content as easily as writing in Word, thanks to the WordPress content management system. When we hand over your website, you will also get a short training session so that you can manage it on your own.
Pricing and ownership
Our packages range from €500 to €1,150, depending on the number of subpages and the features you need. For bespoke solutions (Premium), the price is based on the scope of the project, and you always receive a quote in advance – there are no hidden costs. Digora is not in the VAT system, so the listed prices are final.
You do – without exception. The domain, hosting and all content are registered in your name, and at handover we give you all the login details. The website is entirely yours, with no ties to us.
The only recurring annual costs are the domain and hosting, roughly €60 to €120 a year, depending on the hosting plan. If you wish, you can also arrange website maintenance, which includes updates, backups and content changes.
Technical questions and visibility
Yes, with every package – for us, responsive design is not an extra but the standard. We carefully test every website on mobiles, tablets and computers so that it looks and works flawlessly everywhere.
To be honest, nobody can guarantee you the top spot on Google – and you should be wary of anyone who promises it. What we provide is a solid foundation: a technically sound, fast and search-optimised website. Your ranking will then depend on how competitive your keywords are and on consistent work on your content.
Of course. We are here for any questions after handover, and for complete peace of mind we also offer maintenance packages: regular updates, backups and content changes.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about logos and brand guidelines
A logo is the shortest sentence about your business, so it is only natural that creating or refining one raises questions – about the process, price, formats and rights. We have gathered the answers to what our clients most often ask. If you cannot find what you are looking for, just drop us a line – we are happy to help.
The process
For refining an existing logo, the file you have is enough, even a plain PNG, along with a short note on what bothers you or does not work in practice. For a new logo, we talk about your business, audience and competitors, and about the colours or motifs you want to keep or avoid. That conversation becomes a short brief we work from.
After the brief, we present two distinct concept designs. You choose one, and we refine it through two rounds of revisions to its final form. Finally, we prepare the horizontal and vertical versions, all colour variants and every delivery format.
Refining an existing logo takes three to five working days, a new logo ten to fifteen working days, and brand guidelines five to ten working days from the choice of design – provided you give feedback promptly. The exact deadline goes into the quote, and we keep to it.
Packages and pricing
Refinement keeps your existing mark but puts it in order technically and visually: it vectorises it, improves legibility, removes effects that cannot be printed and prepares all versions. A new logo starts from scratch: two concept designs, refinement and a complete system of versions. If people recognise your mark and you like it, refinement is enough; if it no longer says what you do today, it is time for a new one.
You do as soon as more than one person applies the logo: a printer, a signmaker, whoever runs your social media. The guidelines set out colours, typography, versions, clear space and incorrect uses, so the identity stays consistent no matter who applies it. The Basic package covers the rules for using the logo, colours and typography; the Pro package adds an extended identity system, concept designs of key visuals and guidelines for adapting the identity to new media – for businesses that apply it across several products or channels. We offer both as an add-on to package A or B.
The price covers everything listed in the package, including two rounds of revisions and delivery of all formats – there are no hidden costs. Each additional round of revisions is charged at €50, and a change of direction after the design has been chosen counts as a new round. Business cards, leaflets, posters and other materials are ordered separately, according to the list of individual services below the packages. Digora is not in the VAT system, so the listed prices are final.
Delivery and rights
AI and SVG are vector files for print and signage that scale without any loss of quality; the PDF is for printers, and the PNG with a transparent background is for the web and social media. Everything comes in full-colour, black and white versions, for dark and light backgrounds.
You do. Once payment is made in full, you receive the exclusive right to use the logo on all media, with no time or territorial limits, together with the source files. Concept designs that were not chosen remain Digora’s, and Digora reserves the right to show the logo in its portfolio.
We can. The brand guidelines already include application examples, and the design of specific materials – business cards, leaflets, posters, roll-up banners, T-shirts, web banners or social media visuals – is offered as individual graphic design services, priced below the packages. Vehicle graphics and signage are quoted on request.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about public relations and consultancy
Public relations are often commissioned for the first time, so it is only natural that they raise questions – what the retainer includes, how results are measured and what happens in a crisis. We have gathered the answers to what our clients most often ask. If you cannot find what you are looking for, just drop us a line – we are happy to help.
Working together and payment
For companies and institutions that want a constant, not occasional, presence in the media. The retainer includes a communication strategy, up to two press releases a month with distribution, ongoing media relations, a monthly coverage report and up to five hours of consultancy. Anything beyond that is ordered from the list of individual services.
You can. A press release, an article, media training or an hour of consultancy can each be ordered individually, at the listed price. The retainer pays off for those who need regular work with the media; one-off needs are handled item by item.
The monthly retainer is paid in advance, by the 5th of the month for the current month; project services are paid 50% in advance before work begins and 50% on completion. Digora is not in the VAT system, so the listed prices are final. Travel costs outside Zadar (€0.50 per kilometre) and external costs – media placement, venue hire, production, catering – are charged separately and paid by the client directly.
Media and content
No – and be wary of anyone who does. Publication depends on editorial judgement; our job is to give it the best possible chance: a relevant topic, a well-written text and a targeted list of the journalists who cover it. Guaranteed visibility comes from paid (sponsored or native) articles, which we write, but the media placement is paid by the client directly.
With a monthly media coverage report: how many articles, where, in what tone and with what reach. We also track how key messages are carried, journalists’ enquiries and, where possible, the effect on visits and enquiries. We report the numbers without embellishment.
We write them, based on conversations with you and verified facts; you approve every text before it is sent. Nothing goes to the media in your name that you have not approved.
Crises, appearances and consultancy
Get in touch immediately. Crisis communication is charged by the hour because it is unpredictable: we analyse the situation, prepare a questions-and-answers document, draft and issue official statements and coordinate with the media for as long as the crisis lasts. For retainer clients, crisis hours are charged separately, with priority scheduling.
Three hours of intensive work with the speaker: an on-camera interview simulation, practising answers to awkward questions, work on key messages and on body language. We recommend it before important interviews, press conferences and public appearances.
For owners, management and communication leads who need a second pair of eyes: analysis of your market position, setting up communication channels, preparing decisions or answering a specific question. It is charged by the hour. Consultancy in (higher) education – study programmes, quality culture and governance – is a particular area of Digora’s work.

Legal provisions
Important notes and legal provisions
- Payment from a dedicated account only. In accordance with the Croatian Act on the Financing of Political Activities, Election Campaigns and Referendums, all payments to Digora are made exclusively from the dedicated account opened by the candidate or party for the purposes of the election campaign. Payments from regular or private accounts of the candidate are not permitted.
- Invoicing and transparency (DIP). For every service provided, we issue a detailed, itemised invoice. All invoices are attached to the final report on campaign expenses that the candidate submits to the State Electoral Commission (DIP).
- Third-party costs. Prices cover agency work only (intellectual and operational services). Media placement (Facebook and Google ads, news portals, radio stations), printing of leaflets and posters and equipment hire for rallies are charged to the client directly by the suppliers.
- Fieldwork and travel costs. For activities outside Zadar, €0.50 per kilometre travelled is charged, plus actual accommodation and per diem costs if an engagement lasts longer than eight consecutive hours.
- Tax. All prices are net. VAT is not charged under Article 90, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the Croatian VAT Act (flat-rate trade / small business).
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about political campaigns
An election campaign has its own rules – legal, media and communication rules – so it is only natural that it raises questions about what is allowed, what is included and when to start. We have gathered the answers to what candidates and campaign teams most often ask. If you cannot find what you are looking for, just drop us a line – we are happy to help.
Working together
For candidates and parties regardless of political affiliation – with one rule: in the same election cycle we do not work for two rival candidates in the same constituency. Behind Digora stand experience of running an election campaign and a doctorate in the analysis of political discourse; we run campaigns professionally, with messages that have a reason and a goal.
Analysis of the competition and the context, definition of target voter groups, key messages and a slogan, and a narrative that ties them into a story – the foundation for everything that follows. The operational plan and schedule are ordered separately and turn the strategy into a calendar of activities: fieldwork, media and digital posts.
You can. The price list is itemised: just media training before a debate, just press releases, just profile management or just the design of materials. For a complete campaign we send a consolidated quote with a schedule.
Law and payment
The Croatian Act on the Financing of Political Activities, Election Campaigns and Referendums requires that campaign expenses be paid from a dedicated account opened for that purpose; payments from regular or private accounts are not permitted. That is why we issue invoices exclusively to the candidate or party and accept payments only from that account.
For every service we issue a detailed, itemised invoice; all invoices are attached to the campaign expense report that the candidate submits to the State Electoral Commission. Payment terms are agreed in advance: as a rule, an advance on confirmation, followed by billing per item and per monthly service. Digora is not in the VAT system, so the listed prices are final.
No. Prices cover agency work; media placement (Facebook and Google ads, news portals, radio), printing of leaflets and posters and equipment hire for rallies are paid directly to the suppliers, on the basis of quotes you approve. That also keeps the campaign expense report transparent: every invoice has its own issuer.
The campaign in practice
Ideally three to four months before the election: the strategy, narrative and visual identity should be ready before the official start of the campaign, so that every campaign day is used for messages rather than preparations. Shorter lead times are possible, but with less room for development.
Hourly work with the candidate: simulation of interviews and debates, practising answers to awkward and provocative questions, body language control and preparation for TV and radio. We recommend it before debates and important appearances.
Management of up to three channels: copywriting, graphics in the campaign identity and moderation of comments and messages. The content calendar is approved by the candidate or the campaign team, so nothing goes out in the candidate’s name without approval. Paid advertising is handled separately (budget management and optimisation), and the ad budget itself is paid to the platforms directly.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about event organisation and moderation
A good event begins long before the first guest arrives, so it is only natural that organisation raises questions – what you need to prepare, what the price includes and who holds the microphone. We have gathered the answers to what our clients most often ask. If you cannot find what you are looking for, just drop us a line – we are happy to help.
Organisation
The goal of the event, an approximate date, the expected number of participants and a rough budget. The rest – concept, script, choice of venue and suppliers – we work out together. The earlier we start, the wider the choice of venues and dates.
You can. That is exactly why the price list is divided by phase: order only the concept and script, only the technical production, only participant registration or only the moderation, and combine the items freely. For full organisation we send a consolidated quote.
For a conference with around a hundred participants, three to four months ahead is ideal; for a smaller business gathering or panel, four to six weeks. Shorter lead times are possible, depending on the availability of venues and suppliers.
Costs and payment
No. Our prices cover planning, coordination and hosting; the venue, catering, technical equipment and other suppliers are contracted and paid by you directly, on the basis of the quotes we obtain (up to three per item) and you approve. That way you always know who is charging for what.
Project items are paid 50% in advance on confirmation and 50% after the event; hourly services are charged according to the hours actually worked, after the event. Digora is not in the VAT system, so the listed prices are final. Travel costs outside Zadar are charged as set out in the terms accompanying the price list.
Postponement is free of charge if we agree on a new date within three months. In the event of cancellation, we charge for the work done up to that point – concept, script, quotes obtained – and any costs that suppliers do not refund.
Moderation and hosting
A moderator leads the conversation: studies the topic, prepares the questions and aligns up to five speakers in a single session of up to 60 minutes. A conference host leads the whole programme: introduces the speakers, follows the script and keeps the pace for half a day or a full day. Both roles can be combined at the same event.
We do – bilingually (Croatian and English) or entirely in English. Bilingual hosting increases the price of the chosen service by 30%. Behind Digora stands a professor of English for specific purposes with experience of hosting international conferences.
We study the topic and the speakers, agree on the goal and key messages with the organiser, prepare the questions and their order, and briefly align the speakers and the technical crew before the start. A good script makes a good event.
Principles
Three principles.
A clear word
We speak about complex matters simply. Jargon is not a strategy.
A considered presence
Strategy comes before publication. Every message has a reason and a goal.
The digital craft
Tools and channels change — the value of a good word endures.
How we work
Strategy before publication.
We listen
First, a conversation: your goals, your audience and your presence so far. No templates.
We propose
Here is what we propose, and why — a plan with messages, channels and deadlines.
We deliver and measure
Publications, campaigns and events. Results are tracked and read without embellishment.
About us
Who stands behind Digora.
Behind Digora stands Dr Marijana Drinovac Topalović, a doctor of philology and professor of English for specific purposes. She has worked in education for twenty-one years, gaining leadership experience as a head of department and dean of a polytechnic. She earned her doctorate on the analysis of political discourse (conceptual metaphor), refined her expertise in public relations and reputation management at the London School of Public Relations, and holds certificates in digital marketing and neuro-linguistic programming.
For Digora's clients, this means proven experience: communication strategies, digital marketing, public and media relations, analysis of media and political discourse, campaign management — including an election campaign — and the organisation and moderation of international conferences, from concept to stage.
Here, every word has its grounding, every post its reason, and every event its script.

Tiana Dragaš
Tiana Dragaš, a versatile graphic editor and designer and a university student, brings together content marketing, graphic and web design, and social-media management at Digora.
She understands, as only her generation can, the platforms where messages live today: she designs in the formats of each channel, writes in the language of the community and knows what stops the scroll. She has been acting since childhood, has experience of public performance, and also works as a model. She has directed a music video, too, so she understands a story both in front of the camera and behind it.
Marijana and Tiana are, in fact, mother and daughter. Proof that at Digora, communication, creativity and an understanding of audiences are passed down from one generation to the next.
